The brand rights for the Rest of Asia-Pacific region are vested with Flat World SDN BHD. This entity is responsible for the strategic growth, governance, and administration of the Asian Book of Records across the Asia-Pacific territory.

3.  Legal Rights & Accreditation — India

In India, all legal rights to the brand Asian Book of Records are held exclusively by Amazing Worldwide Achievers Limited. The company has represented and exclusively owned the brand rights in India since 2017, as authorised by the relevant regulatory and corporate authorities.
